What you'll need:
- Bone-in pork shoulder
- 2 lemons
- 4 or 5 bay leaves
- Soy sauce
- Milk
- Olive oil
- 2 medium onions
- 5 Carrots
- 3 Potatoes
- 2 Cup of orange juice
- Salt & Pepper
